Red Light is a hidden-entry speakeasy with live jazz, craft cocktails, and red velvet decor. The food is secondary to the experience. The Old Fashioned is not. Best on Friday or Saturday night when the music is live and the room is full.
RH Rooftop is design-first dining — fourth-floor courtyard with olive trees, fountains, and a 60-wine list. The food is fine. The setting is the point. Use it when you need to impress.
Elisabetta's does waterfront Italian with handmade pasta and a patio on the intracoastal. Thursday dinner or Sunday brunch. The negroni on the patio is the play.

Palm Beach County date-night dining clears the bar. Not every restaurant, but the top seven do things that would earn respect in any New York neighborhood. Cafe Boulud and Buccan are the headliners. Rose's Daughter and La Goulue are the sleepers. Red Light is the wildcard. Pick based on your audience and let the kitchen do its job.
